Mandate and deadline
SR 622 ↗ created the joint committee to examine escalating foster-care costs and cross-system contributors. It abolishes the committee on December 1, 2026. Any report must be approved before abolishment; only a report containing proposed legislation is expressly required to be filed before then. If no report is approved, the co-chairs may file minutes.
