GeorgiaDoesntCare.com is independently published by Anderson Duncan, a Georgia foster parent. That lived experience explains why the project exists; it is not permission to publish a child’s identity, diagnosis, court record, placement history, school record or private case information.

The project does not speak for Anderson’s employer, a political party, a campaign, a government agency, a provider or any organization named in the source record.

The record follows Georgia foster-care appropriations, Out-of-Home Care cost projections, budget amendments, provider and placement capacity, service authorization, official hearings and the decisions that determine whether corrective funding becomes durable.
