How corrections work
A correction records the affected claim or page, original wording, revised wording, source, date, reason and whether the change alters a fact, framing or both. Silent edits are limited to spelling, formatting or accessibility changes that do not alter meaning.
Prepared correction: machine summary
Prepared August 28, 2026, not yet public: replace the stale crisis-only `/llms.txt` wording, “DFACS” typo and overstatement of undesignated reserves with the balanced FY2026 response, signed FY2027 authority, unlike-year warning and FY2028 durability question. This entry becomes a published correction only if the reviewed release is deployed.
Submit a correction
Include the exact URL, disputed wording, primary source and locator. Do not send child, family, court, case, diagnosis, placement or other confidential information. A dedicated a public correction-submission route will be listed on the contact page when available.
